What each feature includes
Search All Cabin Classes
You can search all of the cabin classes that each airline offers, usually Economy, Premium Economy, Business and First Class or a combination of these and sometimes with different names like Upper Class instead of First Class.
Active Alerts
You can set up alerts and we will monitor availability for you and send you a notification when the seats that you want become available. Users on a Premium subscription can have 4 alerts active at any one time. Users on a First Class subscription are not limited and can make as many alerts as they want.
“Where Can I Go” search
This search method allows you to search for all available flights from a given destination. If you are flexible on where you can travel to or just want some inspiration to use up the points you have, this search method will show you where you can fly to on a range of dates that you are happy to fly.
BA Club Suite Filter
Available to both Premium and First Class users. Highlight British Airways flights that have the new Club Suite Business Class seats and make your reward points go further by travelling on flights that have the very best Business Class seating experience.
Flight Specific Availability
Available to both Premium and First Class users. For British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Jet Blue we track availability for every individual flight. Easily see which specific flight has enough availability for your trip and create alerts for your preferred travel times.
Filter by Specific Airport
Available to both Premium and First Class users. For multi-airport cities like New York that have JFK and Newark airports we show the individual availability for flights to each airport, not the combined availability to New York City.
Filter by Flight Time
Available to both Premium and First Class users. See the reward seat availability for each flight, not a combined availability for all flights across the whole day. Set your preferred flight times when creating alerts to avoid notifications about times of day you don’t want to travel.
Filter by Flight Number
Available to both Premium and First Class users. Check the availability of specific flights and set the specific flight numbers you want to be notified about when you create alerts.
BA Premium Plus Companion Voucher Availability
First Class users can include the extra availability that comes with a British Airways Premium Plus Companion Voucher. Searches for reward seat availability on SeatSpy can now unlock the extra Business Class rewards seats that are available with these companion vouchers.
Alert Frequency
The frequency that we send out our alert notifications after new reward seats become available. For Premium customers we schedule the delivery of notifications every hour. For First Class customers notifications are sent out the instant that we have new seat availability.
Additional Email Address
First Class users can add a second email address to their account and copies of all reward seat availability notifications will be sent to that email address as well as the main account’s email address at the same time.
Telegram Alerts
As well as email notifications, we can send text notifications via Telegram. Premium users can receive up to 60 Telegram notifications per month and First Class users can receive unlimited Telegram notifications.
WhatsApp Alerts
As well as email notifications, we can send text notifications via WhatsApp. Both First Class and Premium users can receive up to 30 WhatsApp notifications per month.
SMS alerts
As well as email notifications, First Class users can receive text notifications via SMS. First Class users can receive up to 30 SMS notifications per month.

Experience Alerts
As well as reward seat availability, we also track Experiences that are offered by Marriott Bonvoy Moments and Hilton Honors Experiences. First Class users can create alerts to be notified when new experiences become available.
